Ginger, Tamarind and Plum Sauce Dressing
- 2 tsp plum sauce
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ ginger, grated
- ¼ cup olive oil
- pepper, to taste
- Peel a small ginger and finely grate.
- In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, plum sauce, tamarind paste and grated ginger until well combined.
