  • cup water
  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup tamari
  • cup brown sugar
  • 2 cm ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tsp sesame oil


  • Grate the ginger into a small mixing bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mixed until well combined.
