Ginger sounds medicinal. Good for health reasons. I use it quite often. Makes flavorful dishes too.

Great post since I love ginger a lot. I am never without frozen ginger. It’s good to have some more recipes to use it in.

I love the idea of sauteing it with kale, I’ve never thought of adding ginger to greens. It sounds delicious.
