Red Wine Shallot Vinaigrette

  • 1 red shallot, fine chopped
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste


  • Finely chop red shallot.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add extra virgin oliveoil, red wine vinegar, honey and shallot. Mix until well combined.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
