Ingredients

garlic clove

Instructions
Peel and finely mince 2 cloves of garlic.
In a small bowl, add crushed garlic, mayonnaise, Sriracha and lemon juice.
Whisk together until well combined.
Notes
For
vegan option
, switch whole egg mayonnaise for vegan mayonnaise.
Instead of lemon juice,
lime juice
would also work in this recipe.
If you are
not a big garlic fan
, reduce the amount to 1 garlic clove or omit together for a spicy mayo sauce.
Check the spiciness
of sriracha aioli and adjust accordingly.
If you want a
thinner salad dressin
g, incorporate additional olive oil or lemon juice to achieve the preferred texture.
Use a food processor
if making a larger batch and blend until the ingredients are combined and creamy.
