Light and tangy with a hint of ginger, this aromatic Yuzu dressing recipe is intensely invigorating. The savoury, zesty flavours are a refreshing choice to amp up your garden salads or use as a dipping yuzu sauce for noodle dishes.
Add tamari, water, yuzu juice and sesame oil together in a small mixing bowl.
Grate in fresh ginger and whisk well together.

Notes
Lemon or lime juice will work as a substitute for yuzu juice. The flavours will not be exactly the same, but the end result will be a savoury citrus vinaigrette.
Substitute tamari for light soy sauce if you don’t need a gluten-free dressing.
